All Natural Fryers - Delaware's whole all natural fryers are plump, meaty, hormone free raised birds with a rich, natural buttery flavor. Fed wholesome grown grains and pure fresh water, they mature to tender, juicy frying sizes of 2 to 4 lbs.

All Natural Grown Turkeys - All of Delaware's all natural grown turkeys receive only the best wholesome grown grains, and fresh water. They are allowed to grow to size naturally and do not receive growth hormones. The result is a naturally superior turkey with more abundant flavor than birds raised in Turkey "factories". They have a greater meatiness and tenderness.

Capons - Free-range capons are even more flavorful than roasting chickens and turkey and as easy to roast as a chicken. Capons are surgically caponized, 8 to 12 lbs.

Guinea Hens - Guinea Hens are domestically raised game bird similar to Pheasant, but with a lighter flavor. Their savory dark meat has a unique firm, but tender texture. Guinea Hens weigh 2 1/4  to 2 1/2   lbs.
