Rotisserie Chicken-skinned & boned & Chopped into bite size pieces

Bar-B-Q sauce

Apple cider vinegar

Romaine Lettuce or Mixed Greens |

fresh or frozen corn niblets |

grape tomatoes cut in half |

black or red beans, rinsed & drained |

hot or mild pepper, minced |

Whisk together Bar B Q Sauce, Water & Vinegar
Slowly whisk in olive oil.
Toss lettuce with 1⁄2 dressing and place on serving platter.
Arrange chicken pieces, corn tomatoes & beans on top of lettuce.
Sprinkle with minced hot pepper & drizzle remaining dressing over top
