Rotisserie Chicken-skinned & boned & Chopped into bite size pieces

plain low fat yogurt |

fresh ginger minced OR 1/4 Tsp ground ginger |

cantaloupe cut off rind & slice into 8 wedges |

lettuce leaves |

Combine rotisserie chicken, peach, strawberries, & walnuts.
Combine yogurt, honey & ginger.
On individual salad plates place 1⁄2 cup lettuce leaves.
Top lettuce leaves with chicken & fruit mixture.
Pour yogurt dressing over all.
Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
