Delaware's Steak Cooking Guide
The flavor of our steaks is so good that you don’t want to disguise it with a marinade
  1. Remove steak from packaging and place on a plate.
Let steak set for about 5 minutes, this will allow the steak to breathe.
  2. Rub the steak with olive oil.
Season to taste with course ground pepper and sea salt or a course salt.
  3. Cook your steaks on a preheated grill or broiler, the leaner the cut the faster it will cook.
  4. Filet Mignon and Sirloin are the leaner cuts of meat.
  5. If the steak is cooked to medium, it will then produce a steak that is moist.
  6. When your steak is ready let it set on a plate for about 5 minutes before serving. This will allow the juices to return to the meat.

Bon Appetite!
