All Natural Fryers - Delaware's whole All Natural fryers are plump, meaty, hormone free raised birds with a rich, natural buttery flavor. Fed on wholesome grown grains and pure fresh water, they mature to tender, juicy frying size of 2 to 4 lbs.

All Natural Grown Turkeys - All Delaware's All Natural grown turkeys receive only the best wholesome grown grains, and fresh water. They are allowed to grow to size naturally, and receive no growth hormones. The result is a naturally superior turkey with more abundant flavor than birds raised in Turkey "factories," greater meatiness and tenderness.

Hen Turkeys - Weigh from 8 to 20 lbs. and are available year around. Toms (Male Turkey) Weigh from 20 to 34 lbs.

Capons - Free-range capons are even more flavorful than roasting chickens and turkey, and as easy to roast as a chicken. Capons are surgically caponized, 8 to 12 lbs.

Cornish Game Hens - Cornish game hens are a breed of domestic chicken that weigh 16 to 24 ounces dressed when fully mature. They have a light savory slightly stronger flavor than chicken, but not as strong as partridge or quail. Cornish game hens are available fresh year around.

Poussin - Tender, light flavored Poussin weigh about 16 oz. each. Like all free range chicken, Poussin are fed only the best grains and fresh water, and are raised without antibiotics or growth stimulants. Poussin are available year round.

Bobwhite Quail - Larger than other domestically-raised Quail, Bobwhites provide 4 to 5 oz. of delectable light white meat with slight gamey flavor. They're ideal as a main course or as an appetizer for the main meal. Quail are available year around.

Chukar Partridge - A small game bird similar to a Quail, but with dark meat that has a slightly stronger flavor. Partridge weigh about 16 oz.

Squab - Commercially raised young pigeons, squabs provide a tender, moist meat with a light gamey flavor. Squabs have the 1-lb. size of mature pigeons. They are available year around.

Pheasant - Mature hens and cockbirds bring a strong-flavored, healthful taste of the outdoors to the dinner table. Hens weigh 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 lbs., cockbirds are 2 1/2 to 3 lbs. and baby pheasants about 16 oz. Pheasants are available year around.

Guinea Hens - Guinea Hens are domestically raised gamebird similar to Pheasant, but with a lighter flavor. Their savory dark meat has a unique firm, but tender texture. Guinea Hens weigh 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 lbs. They are available year around.

Peking (Long Island) Duck - Originally from China, Pekin (Long Island) Ducks have become a favorite for their light, rich flavor and smooth meat found in their cream colored breast and darker brown legs and wings. These ducks weigh 4 to 6 lbs. They are available year around.

Muscovy Ducks - Muscovy's are known for their lean, full flavored, firm dark meat in both hens and drakes. Hens weigh 3 1/2 to 4 lbs. and drakes weigh 6 to 8 lbs. They are available year around.

Geese - Delaware sells only free range white Emden Geese, a fully flavored, rich tasting goose with succulent, dark meat. The geese weigh between 8 and 16 lbs.

Smoked Turkeys - Smoked turkeys and Turkey Breast are available during holidays & on special request. Our smoked turkeys average 10-14 lbs. & Turkey Breast 4-7 Lbs.
