NAME OF RECIPE:
Delaware’s Easy Baked Stuffed Flounder Rolls
4- 8 ounce Flounder Fillets (no Bone)
1 to 1 1/2 pound Delaware's Seafood Stuffing
(depending on size of serving)
Spray a baking pan with olive oil cooking spray.
Preheat oven to 400F.
Carefully pack the seafood stuffing on top of each fillet, dividing evenly. Then roll fillet around stuffing. Salt & pepper to taste and Brush or drizzle each Flounder Roll with butter & white wine (optional).
Bake until Flounder Rolls are cooked through, about 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with lemon juice before serving.
